If your screen is unresponsive, you can perform a hard reset on your device. Please note that this will erase all the data stored on your phone.
To perform the hard reset, follow these steps:
- Turn your device off.
- Press and hold both the PWR/LOCK and Volume UP keys. When "Select Boot Mode" appears on the screen, release both keys.
- If necessary, press the Volume UP key until the arrow indicator points to "Recovery Mode." Then, Volume DOWN key to select this option.
- When "No command" is displayed on your screen, press and hold the PWR/LOCK key. Press and release the Volume UP key, then release the PWR/LOCK key. “Android Recovery” will display on the screen.
- Press the Volume DOWN key until "Wipe data/factory reset" is highlighted. Then, press the PWR/LOCK key to select it.
- Press the Volume DOWN key until "Factory data reset" is highlighted. Then, press the PWR/LOCK key to select it.
- Once the contents are deleted, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted. Press the PWR/LOCK key to select this option. Your phone will reboot to the setup screen.
