If I qualify for Lifeline, how will I receive my monthly Lifeline discount?

If you qualify for Lifeline and enroll through the National Verifier application at mygdpbenefit.com/wfm, you’ll receive your monthly discount when you purchase your service plan.


Here’s how to apply your discount:

  • Online: Purchase your plan at myfamilymobile.com
  • In store: Visit a Walmart store with a Family Mobile section.

Your discount will be applied automatically during the checkout process.
