From the main screen, tap the microphone on the right side of the Google Search Bar. Clearly say, "Call [number or name from Contact List]." If there are multiple numbers for a Contact, say the name and specify which number.
Note: If this is your first time using "Voice Dialing," follow the prompts on the screen to access the application.
