FAQ's

How can I delete the cache or data from the applications?

The app's cache is data that the app stores locally to improve the user experience. If you find that an application has started running very slowly or frequently crashes, this may be corrected by deleting its cache. To do so follow the steps below:

  1. From the main screen, slide the screen up to display your apps.
  2. Select the "Settings" icon.
  3. Select the "Apps" icon.
  4. Swipe from right to left until the "ALL" tab appears.
  5. Select the desired application.
  6. Depending on your phone model, you may need to select "Storage."
  7. Select "Clear Cache."
  8. Select "OK."

If clearing the app's cache did not fix the issue, you can try clearing the app's data, which will reset it completely:

  1. Select "Clear Data."
    • Note: Deleting app data will erase all files, settings, accounts, databases, etc. permanently for that specific app.
  2. Select "OK." Clearing the data will also clear the cache.
