How do I change my Voicemail password?
There are a few different ways you can customize your voicemail experience. Below are the available options to you. Note: Voicemail is an included rate plan feature and cannot be removed from your rate plan.
PASSWORDS
Note: Voicemail passwords must be at least four numerical digits long.
From the main screen of your phone, perform any one of the following:
- Press and hold the "1" key for about one second.
- Dial 123.
- Dial 1-805-637-7243.
- Select Password security or the "5" key.
- Select Change Password or the "1" key.
- Follow the prompts to change the voicemail password.
- After the password change is confirmed, press the "End" key.
- Turn on or turn off the voicemail password.
- Call voicemail.
- Press the Star "*" key to access the main menu.
- Press the "5" key to access the Password Security menu.
- Press the "2" key to toggle the voicemail password off or on.
